Advertising said FULL refund within 90 days. I got a refund of 1/4 what I paid and it was mailed back within 90 days, by their protocol. And advertising said GUARANTEED pest control. Worst flea problem ever, it didn't work. I had paid for more than adequate coverage for my home.
They was wonderful it came in the mail fast.i haven't had no new bites since I got pestlab. It's easy to hook up just plug in the wall that's it!! I recommend you to try it. Will save u alot of money!!
Got the 6 pack within a few days of ordering. I've had them for about a week now. I've noticed a big reduction already. I've tried everything you can think of to get rid of these bedbugs and so far these little plug in devices are the only product I've found that has worked. Id definitely recommend them.
I rarely give 5 stars for anything but this little gem deserves it. Although there's always room for improvement, I was impressed. I had a large attack of fruit flies in my kitchen that seemed to come from nowhere & fast. I've used the apple cider vinegar trick before so I started with that. Then I found out online that spraying them with alcohol kills on contact. Ok, that's new, I'll do that too. They were literally everywhere & lots of them. After a couple days of constantly spraying, I saw an ad for pestlab & ordered one. Five days after I plugged it in, there was major improvement. Not gone but so much better. After that I saw improvement with every day that passed. There were some that made it to my bedroom & living room & they were disappearing too! Two weeks later, there's only a couple I see sometimes in the kitchen but none in my room & an occasional one or two in my living room. Fantastic!!! I had doubts but I'm a believer now! I can't stand bugs in my apartment & this device got rid of them. I'm keeping it plugged in permanently in case any more come to visit! Thank you Pestlab!
Ordered one but never came.company took around a week to reply to email said I didn't give them address.now gave them address and they're now saying it's been delivered when it's not.i would advise if you're buying this product then do so from amazon. guaranteed delivery.but read reviews regarding this item before you buy there lots of bad reviews on Google
I decided to try these since my two cats have a few fleas. I bought three units and set them all up. I'm uncertain about their effectiveness, as after bathing my cats, they still seem to have fleas despite using sprays and medication to eliminate them. They are indoor cats and don’t go outside. I noticed a few fleas jumping on me from the floor, so I’m not entirely convinced they are working or how long it takes for them to show results.
After numerous complaints and negative feedback, I finally got the product delivered. I ordered twelve but only received six. I placed one in each of the three bedrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't eliminate the small water bugs—they're nearly impossible to get rid of. This product hasn't helped at all. I've also dealt with some bed bug bites, and there's been no improvement there either. Today, I saw a water bug crawling just an inch away from the device in the kitchen. Quite amusing.
