The customer service at the store and the quality of the furniture are impressive, deserving five stars. However, the delivery experience left much to be desired. The delivery team caused damage to our home, and when we attempted to file a claim, we received no response. It’s disappointing because we truly love our sofas and were excited about ordering more.

The company faced inventory issues and couldn’t deliver my furniture after a long wait of nearly four months. My furniture was set for delivery on 4/4/25, so I got rid of my old items on 4/2/25. However, I was informed on 4/3 that a piece was missing. This was unacceptable, leaving me without a sofa. Although the Store Manager offered a temporary chair, delivery would still take two weeks. They refused to provide a floor sample or any form of compensation. The lack of accountability for their inventory mismanagement was disappointing. Be cautious with orders that are 10-12 weeks out, as they seem unable to manage inventory effectively.
We ordered a bedroom set in November 2024, specifically for our sleep number bed. We were assured by a store associate that custom ordering the frame would be no issue. Since then, we’ve had three deliveries, each two months apart, and it's still incorrect. Attempts to fix it were unsatisfactory. Now, we’re told it’s past warranty, which isn’t our fault. We expressed our intention to return the frame if it wasn’t right, and the associate agreed. Yet here we are with no resolution and being told we can’t return it due to the special order status. This is incredibly frustrating, and we feel let down by the company. We won't return to this store again.
Buyer beware! I recently purchased a recliner sold as a floor model, and opted for delivery with two other items about two weeks later. At no point was I informed that the chair was sold "as is" with no returns or support. When the items were delivered on 8/17/24, the chair had a defect: the swivel base was loose and squeaked, causing discomfort. Attempts to contact customer service were unhelpful, and calls to the store went unanswered. This store may take your money, but they won't assist if there’s a problem.
I bought several pieces of furniture, including a sofa and a platform bed, and paid for delivery and setup. Unfortunately, many items arrived scratched and dusty, with assembled pieces lacking sturdiness. I returned most items for credit and have been waiting weeks for replacements. The staff failed to follow through on commitments. I initially ordered in February, and while I’m still waiting for a refund of $1980 in September, I do appreciate the quality of some pieces I kept.
