Order number 0511-25330-61, I ordered bird seed through Tesco market place, PetSupermarket sent me the wrong order and are now giving me a collection time between 7am - 9pm so they are expecting me to take time off work to stay in all day to cover their mistake. And will not give a refund until they receive the goods they sent to me by mistake. PetSupermarket where is good customer service gone.
