Actually, I haven't actually received it yet but always hopeful.
Well, as usual our repeat order was delayed by days, sometimes its a week or not even sent out. I have cancelled one half of my delivery and gone with another company who are great and on time.
I wasn't informed about the lack of stock when I placed my order, yet my payment was still processed. While I was willing to wait, the real issue lies with the delivery service, which failed to deliver my item even after it was sent to their depot. Many parcels seem to get stuck until someone finally decides to deliver them, and often they arrive damaged or to the wrong address. I won't be placing any more orders until the company changes their delivery provider. I appreciate the prompt refund, though.
They delivered exactly what they promised. The experience was notably mundane yet entirely accurate. They communicated the timeframe and cost clearly, and I made the payment as agreed. This is the standard level of service one anticipates. There's not much more to elaborate on; they met all my expectations. I rated it 4 stars because 5 signifies exceptional service, and one competitor included a complimentary gift with their offering.
I have attempted to reach out to the company about a delivery issue with my order. I've called multiple times over two days, only to be informed that they are too busy to take calls as they are handling emails. The message suggests emailing them, but the provided contact email is non-functional, and my emails keep bouncing back. I would really appreciate the chance to speak with someone.
This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered! I have sent five emails and received no response. The phone lines are turned off, making it impossible to reach out for help. It's been a complete disaster from beginning to end! Leaving customers without essentials during the holiday season is unacceptable! Please process my refund as soon as possible.
The product was advertised as compatible with leads and harnesses, but upon arrival, I noticed it lacked a hole for attaching a harness, making it unsuitable. I reached out to the support team and was informed that I could return it, but there would be a £5 return fee. I've never encountered such a charge from any other company, and I won't be shopping with them again. The item still has its tags, so they will likely resell it while expecting me to pay the fee. I've raised a concern about this, as it feels like a scam.
