Actually, I haven't actually received it yet but always hopeful.

Well, as usual our repeat order was delayed by days, sometimes its a week or not even sent out. I have cancelled one half of my delivery and gone with another company who are great and on time.

Lack of stock awareness at the time of order, but payment processed.

I wasn't informed about the lack of stock when I placed my order, yet my payment was still processed. While I was willing to wait, the real issue lies with the delivery service, which failed to deliver my item even after it was sent to their depot. Many parcels seem to get stuck until someone finally decides to deliver them, and often they arrive damaged or to the wrong address. I won't be placing any more orders until the company changes their delivery provider. I appreciate the prompt refund, though.

Frustrating Experience with Customer Support

I have attempted to reach out to the company about a delivery issue with my order. I've called multiple times over two days, only to be informed that they are too busy to take calls as they are handling emails. The message suggests emailing them, but the provided contact email is non-functional, and my emails keep bouncing back. I would really appreciate the chance to speak with someone.

Efficient delivery of heavy cat litter bags.

Five large bags of cat litter arrived well packaged and promptly. As someone with a disability, I appreciated the delivery person who kindly brought the heavy packages inside my home. They were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible online shopping experience!

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered! I have sent five emails and received no response. The phone lines are turned off, making it impossible to reach out for help. It's been a complete disaster from beginning to end! Leaving customers without essentials during the holiday season is unacceptable! Please process my refund as soon as possible.

Misleading Product Description

The product was advertised as compatible with leads and harnesses, but upon arrival, I noticed it lacked a hole for attaching a harness, making it unsuitable. I reached out to the support team and was informed that I could return it, but there would be a £5 return fee. I've never encountered such a charge from any other company, and I won't be shopping with them again. The item still has its tags, so they will likely resell it while expecting me to pay the fee. I've raised a concern about this, as it feels like a scam.

Claimed delivery to a non-existent location!

They stated the order was delivered to my car port, but I don’t even have one! This issue has persisted for over a week with no response from the service. They've also mentioned a £5 fee for processing a refund!

Recurring delivery problems
