Ordered 15 kg bag Chappie complete dog dog on the 29/4/25. Allegedly dispatched on the 1/5/25. Still no food delivered. Apparently being delivered via Amazon shipping. Rang petsupermarket yesterday but no answer, obviously they didn't have to work the bank holiday. Sent an email yesterday ( bank holiday Monday ). According to the email I should have received a reply within 24 hours. No reply! Tried contacting Amazon Shipping with a tracking number but to no avail. I'm now left in a position with barely any dog food left!!!!!!!!!!!
