I regularly buy from Pet Supermarket and was pleasantly surprised when I received a "missed you" 15% discount voucher on 18 Jan. I tried using it today (26 Jan) and it didn't work. I called (chargeable tel no) and was left hanging on for 10 mins listening to terrible music - and no reply. So, I started a chat and Caroline advised me that the voucher expired last Sat - even though nothing about deadlines was mentioned in the email containing it. "She" then terminated the call quite unceremoniously.
Needless to say that Pet Supermarket has driven away this irate (now former) customer who has spent hundred of £ with them in the last year alone. Myopic and poor customer care!!
