The prices were good so ordered two dresses. They came and fit terribly. I went online and printed out return packing slips, used the bag they were sent in and used the QR codes provided. When I got to the post office, the postal service said they could only do one QR code. Ok. Sent the package in, and contacted customer service. They got back to me a day later and said that the dresses had to be returned SEPARATELY with their own QR code because it’s an automated return system. What? They told me it was clear on their return policy. No, it was not. It was confusing. Plus they charge a return fee in addition to wanting you to use extra packaging? I’m still waiting to hear back if they are going to give me the credit for my second dress. If not, I’ll need to start disputing it with my credit card company. This is ridiculous and bad customer service.
