My order was accepted with a confirmation emailed almost immediately advising "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." No despatch advice was received after 6 days, so I emailed them. The reply: "Thank you for your patience and understanding. As we have been unable to track the item, we can send out a replacement for you?" Obviously, nothing actually sent the first time around so I asked for a refund. The communication died at that point!
