I bought 2 faux kiwi fruits from Amazon .They were actually from a 3rd party business.ie Petellica.Very poor quality so returned. Petallica only repaid lest than half the cost.I complained several times to Amazon.Got 2 senseless e mails from Petallic but still await full refund.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company, I purchased glitter wallpaper amounting to the sum of £92.57 almost three weeks ago,my wallpaper never arrived, my painter and decorator can’t finish his job, customer service is non existent via eBay. Their do not respond via facebook, you cannot contact them by telephone. They appear to be a very dishonest business, my advice would be, do not order from them.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

As noted in the other reviews (unfortunately, I did not read them before ordering) this is a complete scam website. I made an order and one week later heard nothing back. I have emailed them three times and they are ignoring my emails. I have looked up their address on Google Maps and it is a completely different business that is there. I have reported them to a number of relevant agencies this evening and will continue to do so. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I bought premium weighted artificial fruit from this company in mid September. Half the order was incorrect (3 apples ordered, 2 x red, 1 x royal gala) received 3 royal gala, pomegranate - not weighted, 2 x tangerines - very inferior product - plastic, hollow, not weighted, with long green plastic stalks and nothing like the picture on the website. I contacted Petallica to complain. I agreed to keep all but the tangerines which are awful. I asked for either replacement or refund (and reply paid label).Lots of nice words - going to look for replacements etc etc, but totally ignored the problem.AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY STAY CLEAR

As other reviews, received email saying would send email when order leaving warehouse. Never happened, emailed them 4 times , phoned 4 times, mailbox full so couldn’t leave a message . When I mentioned I was contacting authorities and trading standards, received email from Roses and Bows . Clearly this company does not trade however still active taking money …DISGRACE

Do not use this company I ordered 2mini hanging baskets had n emil to say order was confirmed and would email me whe order was on its way I’m still waiting 3 weeks later they re only in Blackburn I have emailed them twice no reply have tried ringing them that’s a waste of time too.

Waste of Time and Money

My order was accepted with a confirmation emailed almost immediately advising "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." No despatch advice was received after 6 days, so I emailed them. The reply: "Thank you for your patience and understanding. As we have been unable to track the item, we can send out a replacement for you?" Obviously, nothing actually sent the first time around so I asked for a refund. The communication died at that point!

This is a Scam!

Placed an urgent order with them. Waited 2 weeks but nothing arrived. I emailed them and they said they will resend it immediately yet still nothing!!! I have now asked them to refund yet no response after a few days. I will have to claim the money back from my bank. Scam website. STAY AWAY

AVOID!!!!!

Took my order even though flowers were not in stock . Had no contact for a week ,until I emailed them .replied not in stock .so asked for my money refunded .took 3 threatening emails for them to answer and refund
