My dog was lost and a neighbor had found him. She had contacted Pet Assure to inform them of the lost dog. Pet Assure told her they could not get in contact with me (the owner). Pet Assure never tried calling me not once within the hour my dog went missing. The staff is rude over the phone and lost dog tags are not worth it at all... Saving money is always great. I only wished it covered medications though.
