I had trouble with tracking, and Mitch from Pet Belong was extremely responsive! I was replied to very quickly! He reassured me, but then… Canada Post was saying that they were going on Strike at Noon on the 23rd of May! So I reached out to Mitch again and he was able to see exactly where my package was, and luckily the Postal strike didn’t happen and I received my boy Bearengers Harness and Patches yesterday!! To me how a company treats their Customers is More Important to me than what they sell!! He went Above and Beyond to help me! Now the Harness is Fantastic! I have a 140 pound Rottweiler and could never get him into a comfortable harness, until now! I bought him the XL it fits him with room to spare, he can sit comfortably without the harness digging into him! He looks so Handsome and Stylish, lol! A Huge Thanks to Mitch and Pet Belong, I really Appreciate you Mitch!!
