This company is a mess. They might make a good product and have a fancy website, but that’s it. I ordered a collar and harness Dec 18 paid in full. The first shipment was last tracked as enroute Jan 4. Never arrived. I made inquires and was told in late Feb a replacement would be sent. I quoted their written policy on full refunds after 60 days of not getting an item. They agreed (but we’ll get back to that). The second shipment also never arrived within the “week” they stated. I had to again email them - there’s no phone number. They sent me a UPS tracking number saying the harness was delivered. UPS showed it wasn’t even my name or address, instead it was for a city two hours drive away. The collar finally arrived two days after that. Still no harness. On March 25, over 3 months later they emailed me to say the Postal Service delivered the harness on March 2. A box had arrived, and contained a CARBURETOR and spark plug from China. WTH?!? As for the refund, I took matters into my own hands and disputed the charge with Chase. Got all my money back. Somewhere a mechanic has a dog harness who is waiting for a carburetor...
