Took almost three weeks...They never once informed me this was coming from China...They will not take phone calls , blaming it on the pandemic ( ridiculous ) . I Must have e mailed them 10 times to please call me..Instead some guy named Steve claiming to be an owner of the company sent some credit for next order. There will be NO next order....All I wanted was to discuss the size my 90 pound Boxer needed....Of course it is too big , but I will just take the loss..I would not dare get into return with these people.
