Took 15 days for the order to arrive then the smart kitty litter box didn't work with the app nor did the automatic clean and when I used the manual clean it didn't clean properly. The customer service team were argumentative and not helpful at all. I spent almost $400 and I can't use it. I've now had to contact Fair Trade. In response to your reply. 15 days delivery is their timeframe if you're looking to buy from Petbuds. I did send photos and a video. Once they sent troubleshooting which I replied to because it wouldn't work. Then they didn't reply. They offered no other solution so I had to contact Fair Trade. And when I wrote this review they accused me of being defamatory and tried to get it taken down. If that's the experience you want to have by all means buy from Petbuds if not then 'don't bother' as I suggested.
