Warning Do Not Buy anything online I am still arguing over getting the product after three weeks and then when I was told can you wait a few more days I did that still no automatic kitty litter tray so after messaging him several times for an update he said it was unreasonable for me to wait any longer and offered a refund that's fine I was told it be in my account Sunday for sure then today comes nothing this was not a few dollars where talking over three hundred I will attempt to resolve this by Wednesday I have recorded messages in writing confirming this I've been patient but my patience is running out I will give it until Wednesday then have no choice but to seek legal avenues it's been a waste of my time and a nightmare but if petbuds think they take your money and give you nothing in return I won't let that happen if they try and defend this terrible service Order Number will be suppllied to confirm what happened

Purchased this product on Feb 12th, have not received any further information other than purchase details in shopify.

When emailing Petbuds they responded apologising for the delay and offered me a $20 voucher to their store, however did not provide me with a code to use the voucher.
They claim their delivery process was 4-6 business days. It’s now been 17 days.

Seems dodgy, will wait to receive product to update this review.

Don’t believe the delivery timeframe!!!! Took a month to be delivered!! I filled up and was told they had an issue with their delivery provider (not sure I believe this). Then another 2 weeks passed and still not delivered. Requested a full refund and strangely enough it arrived the next day. They offered a $20 voucher as compensation. My biggest issue is false advertising on delivery timeframes. You can see from all the reviews this is a constant problem. Now we will see if the product actually does what it says but I now have little faith.

No communication until I followed up…

No communication until I followed up this was ordered on 30/1/2026 and still waiting. Was told they had none in Moorabbin and were waiting for it to arrive from Perth. This was on 16/2/2026. Still no communication or automatic kitty litter. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Picked this over the other one

Was stuck choosing between the PetBuds Pro and the Qclean. Didn’t want something too complicated. Went with Qclean in the end.We’ve got one cat, Max. First day he watched it spin and walked away. Second day he used it like normal.The smell is better than our old tray. Not gone, just better. I empty it every few days instead of scooping morning and night.It does what we needed it to do.

We've had this litter box about 8…

We've had this litter box about 8 months now and it's just been steady. It runs after they use it, drops everything into the bin and keeps going. Haven't really had to think about it, which is exactly what I wanted.

Wasn’t sure about it but it’s been good

We’ve got two cats, Sam and Ruby, and the litter box used to be one of those jobs that never really stayed done. If you skipped a day you could tell straight away. We bought the PetBuds Pro after going back and forth for a while. Setup was pretty straightforward. Sam used it straight away, Ruby took about a day and wasn’t impressed when it first rotated. After that it became normal. The biggest thing for me is just not scooping every night. I empty the drawer every few days and top up the litter. The smell is still there a bit but it doesn’t build up like it used to. It’s not magic, it just makes things easier.
