EDIT: I received an email from a customer service representative, who rectified the situation and I am now receiving the order I wanted. I was also contacted by the owner of PetCanva who has addressed my concerns and has gone over and above to make sure I don’t leave as an unhappy customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve had a terrible experience with this company so far and haven’t even received the goods yet. Within 12 hours of placing my order I sent an email to their support team asking for my car to be added to the phone case (I only included my dog in the original order as I didn’t realise you could have two animals). They took 36 hours to respond to my email and said there was nothing they could do as the order was already with the artist. This was conveniently sent just 2 hours after I received a confirmation email that my order had just gone to the artist... if only they had looked at my email within 34 hours of me sending it and not 36! My order wouldn’t have yet been with the artist. I said I was not happy with this and asked them to either add the image of my cat or I would like a refund and would just pay for the digital file created by the artist. 48 hours later I received another response saying this wouldn’t be possible but if I’d like to add the digital file to my order that would be just fine for $12!What an absolute joke. If you have a simple order I’m sure they can process that just fine, but if you need any assistance don’t bother talking with their “support” team as they’re useless. They’ve done absolutely nothing to fix the situation and turn me into a happy customer!
