Worst online purchase

I purchased a crop top through their site with my cats face on it . I ordered an XL on the site and made sure to review the sizing chart carefully before I ordered . It arrived in about 3 weeks which is normal since I had purchased a blanket from them before and it turned out great the first time I ordered off their site . This time was different . I opened my package and took the shirt out and it already had a huge hole in the seem of the arm sleeve . I didn’t tug on the shirt or anything it was folded with the hole showing . I thought okay , well I can just sew it if anything with some white thread. I put the shirt on ... and it’s no where near an XL like it said online . It fit like a small on me. And normally I wear just a large or medium in some cases . I wanted a crop top that was a little baggier and not skin tight. It was so small that it came to legit right under my bust , no room for movement . I emailed the support email they have online and told them my situation . They replied and stated I could not get a refund due to it being personalized , I could either get the same thing sent to me in the same size or get something else for 17 dollars more . Even though I already shelled out 50 dollars for this damn shirt that I won’t be getting back . I stated that I’m not spending more money on something that doesn’t fit and can’t guarantee it won’t be ruined when it arrives again . Today I recieved another crop top in the mail even though I stated I didn’t want another one , because IT DOESNT FIT , so now I have two shirts I can’t wear instead of one . And as I’m inspecting the shirt , like I did with the other one . There’s another hole in the same spot. A little smaller , but still a hole . And still a shirt I can’t wear . The fact that they don’t refund is rediculous and annoying . I basically just wasted 50 on a piece of junk . Not a good experience and never buying from them again ...
