It arrived with sharp edges that caused me to injure my hands. My cat refuses to approach it, as it clearly poses a risk. I reached out for help multiple times but received no response. The company attempted to deflect responsibility to the manufacturer, which I find unacceptable. This situation shows a serious lack of care for both customer and pet safety.
