Vet had to call them and sit on hold and talk to someone who barely spoke English but implied they needed to hear from me again. I asked for update and they could not even confirm vet called them. No apologies just deflection.
I was frustrated to find that the bathrooms in the store were closed to the public after spending a considerable amount on my purchases. The staff's attitude was unhelpful, and I had to seek restroom facilities elsewhere. This lack of consideration for customers is concerning.

I quickly reached out to the company and provided all requested documentation, including purchase date, delivery date, photographs, and proof of the defect. I contacted corporate on three separate occasions. Each time, I was promised a callback, but none ever came. Worse yet, the company tried to pass the responsibility to the manufacturer, instructing me to contact them directly. That is unacceptable. I did not buy this item from the manufacturer. The company sold it, charged me, delivered it, and profited from it. Responsibility does not vanish when a product is defective and dangerous. This experience reflects a total disregard for animal safety and customer well-being. Selling a hazardous product intended for animals, overcharging the customer, injuring the customer, and then refusing to take responsibility is absolutely unacceptable. I am sharing this publicly to alert other pet owners. If you care about your pets and your own safety, avoid purchasing from this company. If you're looking for a business that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about customers and animals, consider a different option. Their customer service and accountability are unmatched.
