Pet owners should be cautious when buying toys from this company! I bought a battery-operated cat toy that my cats loved; however, it broke almost immediately. Even after trying to substitute a lighter ball, it no longer worked despite new batteries. When I reached out for support, I was met with refusal to assist. My experience has been disappointing, and I recommend avoiding this company altogether.
