That being said, i took my pup in for his appointment, a girl working in grooming asked if I had an appointment I said yes. She asked what time I said 9am. She said are you sure, after I said yes I'm sure she ripped my head off.she stormed into grooming room slamming the door behind her and I could hear through the glass, that ladys a f----ing b. What? Reported to manager after grooming manager talked to her. Not appropriate, I we t today because my pup had vet appointment and she was glaring at me. I'm not done yet if she isnt fired I'm done. This has been addressed with both store managers as well. And their customer service is outsourced to another country. Bad business ethics. Only good thing is the excellent grooming manager.
