Buyer beware! Mochi went to Petco for a trim and came back looking like she had been hitting a crack pipe for a month. The guy doing the cuts although claiming having all of this experience ignored all of the instructions he was given. He shaved our dog and what is worse he cut her paw and as of today it is still bleeding. We are not happy with the service or follow-up. Mochi is still crying because of her paw and being cold and we will never go back. We are sorry Mochi but we will share our experience so that you can save the rest of your furry friends from being traumatized. We did get a refund and they offered a free cut? Really?!? You mess up the job that we paid for and we should trust you to do a free one?
