The follow-up from customer service to secure a booking was poor. They were unresponsive even after multiple attempts to contact them. Five weeks later, I'm still trying to get an appointment. I spoke to a supervisor who promised to get back to me but never did. After many years of using this service, I no longer feel inclined to continue.
