I scheduled a mobile grooming appointment and requested a payment link, only to be told the service was unavailable due to my location, despite having used the service for years. The follow-up from customer service to secure a booking was poor. They were unresponsive even after multiple attempts to contact them. Five weeks later, I'm still trying to get an appointment. I spoke to a supervisor who promised to get back to me but never did. After many years of using this service, I no longer feel inclined to continue.
I canceled my order due to receiving the wrong food, yet my account was still charged. I haven’t received a refund; instead, the money is in my wallet, which I feel forced to use. Please cancel the order and stop taking money from my account.
