One of the worst servives of all time and i will never deal with it ever !!!I placed an order a month ago and paid express delivery as my cat was desperately in need for her dry food. The order came incomplete and after two days of placing the order even though in respect to their terms and conditions in the app, it was clearly stated that placing order before 12 pm, it will be received at the same day and after 12 pm, u will receive it next day. I placed it at 10.30 and received it after two days and incomplete as the other items were out of stock and was told that we will check with supplier and get back to u with no getting back to me and calling with no response even rasing complaint without efficiently handling it !!!! Even rewarding for the delay and bad service was unapproachable Other shops and applications are way more better
