My Purrtek self cleaning litter box (light model) stopped working after a year. The rake wouldn't retract. I contacted Petcove's customer service about the issue. After trying a few things suggested by Butch (my customer service rep) that didn't fix the problem and since it has a lifetime warranty, he processed a replacement unit for me. It arrived within 3 days. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for replacing my litter box so quickly and without a hassle. Excellent customer service!!!
