One of my best customer service experiences!

I bought a litter box and faced some issues right away, but I ignored them at first. I was surprised when the company reached out to check on my experience. Great litter box and customer service!

I really like the litter box, but needed some help setting it up. The customer service representative was very supportive. A few weeks later, I faced another issue when it stopped functioning automatically and called customer service again. I spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful and friendly.
