Our rake for the PurrTek Light became misaligned with the unit and wasnt able to work properly. Customer support was very easy to work. They were easy to reach support staff without jumping through hoops with automated and was able to continue getting support via text messages after initial call. They only required me to describe the problem and send photos of the issue and resolved the problem by sending a new unit without going through the “have you tried”this troubleshooting routine. They were always responsive and prompt . One the best customer support experiences I’ve encountered!
