What amazing customer service!!! I had a little issue with my Petcove automatic litterbox, but I didn’t feel that it impacted its function enough to contact customer service. THEY contacted ME just to follow up on my satisfaction. (I’ve had the unit for maybe a year, I think.) I told Sarah about the issue, but told her it was no big deal. She requested I send a video, and before I knew it she’s sending a replacement! All this was taken care of in just a few messages back and forth. Her caring, attention to detail and prompt responses made me feel like I was her only customer. Really special. And really rare these days. Great product and customer service to match!
