It took me weeks to get any valid response to my questions around when I would receive my order and it's tracking information. I had to go via PayPal in the end and finally got the correct tracking number.It arrived today... Absolutely awful. I believed, from the website information that the rug would be woven in wool/fabric. How wrong I was. It looks like it has been printed on. Bits of colour are missing and as I had my black and white tuxedo cat made, it is VERY obvious.It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, however it's so cheap and tatty looking, there's no way I can possibly give it to him as a present.
