I couldn't have hoped for a better service to care for our cherished cat. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. I was kept informed at every stage of the process. A wonderful individual came to collect our cat, showing great compassion and kindness, as did the representative on the phone who arranged the pickup, filled with empathy. Our pet returned to us in a beautiful wooden box, complete with a lock of his fur and heartfelt words of kindness from the service. There were also unexpected extras that I truly appreciated!
