At this very distressing time Pet Cremation UK provided a top quality service, taking my details and collecting Lilly quickly. Bradley was particularly attentive and offered his commiserations . Her ashes were returned a week later and she has pride of place with me now.

A wonderful individual came to collect our cat, showing great compassion and kindness, as did the representative on the phone who arranged the pickup, filled with empathy. Our pet returned to us in a beautiful wooden box, complete with a lock of his fur and heartfelt words of kindness from the service. There were also unexpected extras that I truly appreciated! Thank you to everyone involved.

We were also informed when they reached their destination and provided with links to track the process. After the cremation, we were updated on the return of the ashes, which arrived safely via courier. During such an emotional time, it was deeply appreciated to know we were in capable hands.
We lost our boy late Sunday night at home. After I sent an inquiry message, I received a text indicating that I would be contacted the next day between 08:00 and 09:00. This call took place as promised, and a very kind representative guided me through the process and payment. A tracking link then appeared on my phone for the pet collection. When the driver was 10 minutes away, he called to inform me, arrived on time, and gently placed our dog in a box wrapped in a blanket with his favorite toy. The care and compassion shown were remarkable. I received a message once my boy was cremated, along with a link for the return of his ashes. The entire process was seamless and conducted to a high standard.
