Be aware that if you reach out to this estate agent, they will persistently contact you, even if you decide not to work with them. They tend to overvalue properties to attract clients, only to later adjust the price to its actual worth, along with their steep fees. I opted for a different estate agent, but I have been pestered by them multiple times each week since July 2025, even though we are now settled in a new home. Despite my repeated requests to stop, they continue to call me. If this harassment continues, I may have to involve the authorities. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
