I wanted to provide feedback on my recent attempt to book an appointment with a mortgage advisor. As a first-time buyer, I was eager for professional assistance. After scheduling a specific date, I received a call offering an earlier time, which I missed due to work. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed it was canceled because I hadn't responded to the earlier offer. This was disappointing, especially after adjusting my work schedule. Although I was offered another appointment, I couldn't attend. Ultimately, I did meet with a helpful advisor later, but I hope this experience helps improve communication for future clients.
