They tend to inflate property values to secure your business, only to lower it later, and their fees are exorbitant. I opted for a different agent, yet this one has been contacting me twice a week since I requested a quote in July 2025. Even after five months and moving into my new home, they continue to call my mobile, using aggressive sales tactics. Despite my multiple requests to stop, they persist. I'm starting to wonder if they'll ever cease their calls. If this continues, I may have to consider involving authorities due to their harassing behavior. It's utterly unacceptable.
