I'll keep this brief. I ordered a half standard rose as a gift, but it didn't arrive as scheduled. After contacting the service, I received an apology from the responsible person, stating it had been overlooked. The delayed delivery arrived in poor condition, broken in several places. I contacted the service again, and while they apologized, they mentioned they couldn't replace it since it was their last one. They offered a replacement once the new season's roses arrived in November. In early December, I followed up to confirm the replacement had been sent, only to find out it hadn't been shipped yet. About ten days later, the rose arrived, but it was sent to my address instead of the recipient's, resulting in a lengthy trip for me to deliver it. They did offer to cover postage if I took it to the post office. Unfortunately, there has been no follow-up from their customer service since. Overall, a disappointing experience.
