Bought a 2018 Golf R estate from Peter Cooper (Portsmouth) in February 2021. Was happy with the service at the time. Covid restrictions meant it was all done remotely and they sent me a video of the car and everything, Had half a tank of fuel so I drove away happy.After sale, less so! Within 4 weeks I received a card telling me that I needed to renew the 4 wheel drive oil. was only £80 but a day off work and associated aggro. I did phone and ask why they couldn't do this presale? No response... Now a year on, I serviced the car at my Local VW dealership last week and they informed me that the brake fluid is a year overdue being replaced as well as an aircon re-gas. Update. 16/02/2022I was contacted by Coopers. Spoke with Adam. He had investigated what had happened and gave a really good explanation on the items that had been overlooked. Missing these things can happen and is human error, the measure of a company is how they correct the mistakes.Adam has offered to refund me for the jobs that should've been done presale and I can't say fairer than that really.Many Thanks
