This has been my worst experience with a retail business. I called several times about an ongoing issue with a vehicle purchased just three months ago, only to be hung up on repeatedly by the service manager. When I asked about the complaints process, I was told it didn’t exist. Efforts to find out who regulated the dealership were met with laughter and dismissal. The service was poor, and the overall quality of the vehicles was disappointing.
I love my car from this location, but the service has been extremely lacking. After a software issue caused my vehicle to enter limp mode, it took three days to fix. I faced another issue with a failed update, and although I was initially told there would be no charge, I ended up with a diagnostic fee. The service was delayed, and I received no updates, resulting in a very frustrating experience overall. I would advise against this place due to their inadequate after-sales support.
I recently bought a new car from this dealership and interacted with a knowledgeable representative who kept me informed about delivery times and other details. It was a pleasure to engage with such a friendly staff member, and the entire experience has been very positive.
I paid for alloy refurbishment but had difficulty reaching anyone. I eventually received a response saying the price only applied to cars purchased from this dealership, which was not clearly stated on the website. I'm now waiting for a refund without any apology or timeline for when I will receive my money back.
