Peter Cooper VW Portsmouth, avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service.Bought a Touareg, paid a deposit only to be told 1 day later that they had already sold it. So placed a factory order, told December delivery date, but cant confirm. No one contacted me with updates, I was chasing every month. Build date went from December 2021, to May 2022. They then also proceeded to apply for the finance again without my permission as the order was taking longer than 3 months. Joke of a organisation
