From the moment I entered the reception, I was made very welcome. Viewed a little toyota aygo. Decided to go ahead and purchase it. Lovely cup of coffee in very modern reception area whilst signing up for the car and part exchanging mine. Drove it home, nice to drive and every bit the same as my part exchanged aygo, just a bit newer. Few days later my new little pride and joy car had unfortunately got scraped and scratched by someone passing in their car. My heart sank next morning when I seen the damage. I was going back to showroom to get a small chip in the windscreen repaired. Showed rob the damage to car. Well what can I say. Absolute 1st class customer service. Rob proceeded to put a miracle cream on damage, a spot of white paint from a paint pen and hey presto, car back to its lovely little self. Drove away a very happy customer. Lovely family, even got to pet and say hello to belle the family dog. Would 100% recommend 👌 Peter scott cars. Keep up the good work 👏
