Purchased a Mercedes CLA 9 months ago and have had nothing but trouble since day one when low battery light came up on dashboard, oh it just needs a run after being valeted was the response, this happened time and time again looks like it needs a new battery but batteries don’t come under warranty even though it was faulty from day one! engine management light came on oh these cars have lots of electronics they can come on for no reason sometimes was the response, airbag light on dashboard, took over a week to diagnose then the courtesy car they gave me had no fuel hmmm hardly a professional image.
As I write this waiting for a new battery replacement, will not be using this company ever again due to their poor handling of my issues and dismissive attitude to issues.

After a recent bad experience with a Big national dealership I have been delighted with the service from Peter Scott Cars. My Volvo was delivered to me yesterday and I've been kept in the loop as the car has been prepared for sale. The staff have been courteous and helpful throughout. The extended warranty was agreed at a very reasonable cost, without the pushy sales techniques common with some companies. Glad to support a family business that seems to genuinely care about good service and customer experience.
This is the second car we have bought from Peter Scott cars so speak from good experience. They are a great family business with a professional but easy going no fuss approach.Chose a car, test drove it and bought it, simple as that. They can’t do enough to help you through the process, Rob in particular is super helpful and kept me up to date with progress through prep, MOT and when it was ready to collect. Cannot recommend them highly enough.Yes there may be slightly cheaper alternatives out there but you won’t get the same care, attention to detail, level of service or aftercare peace of mind.
Rob answered all of my questions made me feel at ease, explained everything thoroughly. No pushy sales pitch which I experienced at other garages. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my new car. Thank you.
As a female with no clue about cars, going to a garage to find a new ‘used’ car fills me with dread. However, I felt that the service here couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did they help but they also avoided the pushy, patronising sales pitches that some bigger garages may have. Every aspect of the service was fantastic
