Purchased a Mercedes CLA 9 months ago and have had nothing but trouble since day one when low battery light came up on dashboard, oh it just needs a run after being valeted was the response, this happened time and time again looks like it needs a new battery but batteries don’t come under warranty even though it was faulty from day one! engine management light came on oh these cars have lots of electronics they can come on for no reason sometimes was the response, airbag light on dashboard, took over a week to diagnose then the courtesy car they gave me had no fuel hmmm hardly a professional image.
As I write this waiting for a new battery replacement, will not be using this company ever again due to their poor handling of my issues and dismissive attitude to issues.
