Kelly Bates was really engaging. She listened to what I needed the car for and what my budget was. She was able to identify a car within the stock which would suit my needs exactly, explain why this car was the one for me and smoothly take me through the entire process until I took delivery of the car. No upselling and no messing about which I appreciated greatly. 2 weeks later and I’m delighted with the car. It’s worked out exactly as Kelly advised it would.
