Orded a simple collar for $42. The following day expected a confirmation but received nothing but $42 charge to our account. BTW we ordered the same collar from Chewy for $16 which arrived in 2 days. After a week still no collar or email confirming shipment. Dont bother to call as it says we only respond to email We have sent multiple emails requesting a refund but no response AVOID THIS GROUP LIKE THE PLAGUE.
