Review Time
Like other negative reviews, we ordered, and we were charged. We received a confirmation of the order received. No order has been received. When I use their chatbot, the order doesn't exist. I emailed multiple times and left multiple voicemails with no response. I have had to dispute the American Exp charge. This is a company that does not deserve the business.
We had a repeat order for collagen sticks. Received the first order.We keep getting charged $29.97 every month but receive no further product.I try to call them but you can only contact them by email which is horrible. I’ll be canceling our order as soon as I can reach a number to resolve this with a real person. I did leave a Voicemail twice but no return calls.I wouldn’t recommend this company.
I ordered one bag of the collagen sticks. My dogs didn't like them, but kept them anyway. Then I noticed they had been charging me $29.97 twice a month on the same day for the last 3 months. I contacted Petexpertise via email. I had to take screen shots of the paypal charges. They responded they will be sending a request to the "credit dept" We shall see. Cross fingers pls.
Love the chew sticks. The quality of ingredients is most important. Then the Pembroke Welsh Corgi crews approval rating. They highly approve. I also as a breeder like the fact that they last a day to several days. I've been using the chew sticks for quite some time!
I placed an order in mid November 2024 and received order mid December. They sent me a notice regarding my “subscription” of which I did not sign up for. I notified them on 11/21 to cancel my “subscription”. They acknowledged it was cancelled. I received a second email 2 weeks later that they were charging me in three days for my next order (still hadn’t received my first order). After contacting them a second time they cancelled the “subscription”. Order eventually came, my dog loves them. Product, good. Service, needs work.
My dog loves the collagen sticks! I had a monthly subscription for the 12 inch sticks, but since he seems to eat the whole thing, I sent an email to the company requesting to switch to the 6 inch sticks. They replied promptly and took care of my request.
I made an order recently for the collagen chews for our lab. The order didn't arrive in a period of time that I expected so I emailed them. To my surprise when the order came I was given more than expected. What a great way to make a customer happy. And BTW our lab loves the chews.Thanks again
