Having bought a product (dog muzzle) on the internet, the product was supposedly in stock and took more than a month to be delivered with shipping costs almost identical to the product. Unfortunately to my great disappointment, upon delivery the post office indicated an additional cost to give me the product. Customs fees never indicated or mentioned on the invoice. The seller questions my word and does not want to pay the extra cost. It is for my part fraud and I will file a complaint.
