I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order on December 7th, believing it would arrive by Christmas since I ordered before the midnight deadline (which I did). I received an email around December 13 or 14 indicating that my order was shipping; however, the tracking status showed that a number had been assigned, but the postal service was still waiting for the item to be shipped. I waited several days, but the status remained unchanged. On December 22, I submitted a ticket to inquire about my items. I received a response from a representative on December 26, who reassured me that my order was "ALMOST ready." They mentioned the tracking number was created and would be activated once production was finished. Now it's January 10, and I still have no updates on my items. Checking the tracking number reveals that it is no longer available, indicating that either payment was not received or the shipment has not been sent. What frustrates me even more is that amid all this, I received an email from the "owner" of the company asking for feedback on my received item. I understand these may be automated emails, but the service should wait until it confirms that a product has been shipped and received before sending such requests. Since I have not received my item, I complied with the owner's feedback request and submitted an honest review regarding my negative experience in the past few days. When I submitted it, it showed as "pending." Naturally, my review has not been "approved" or posted on the website, and no one has reached out to resolve the issue. This is a terrible way to conduct business.
