Extremely disappointed with the service

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order on December 7th, believing it would arrive by Christmas since I ordered before the midnight deadline (which I did). I received an email around December 13 or 14 indicating that my order was shipping; however, the tracking status showed that a number had been assigned, but the postal service was still waiting for the item to be shipped. I waited several days, but the status remained unchanged. On December 22, I submitted a ticket to inquire about my items. I received a response from a representative on December 26, who reassured me that my order was "ALMOST ready." They mentioned the tracking number was created and would be activated once production was finished. Now it's January 10, and I still have no updates on my items. Checking the tracking number reveals that it is no longer available, indicating that either payment was not received or the shipment has not been sent. What frustrates me even more is that amid all this, I received an email from the "owner" of the company asking for feedback on my received item. I understand these may be automated emails, but the service should wait until it confirms that a product has been shipped and received before sending such requests. Since I have not received my item, I complied with the owner's feedback request and submitted an honest review regarding my negative experience in the past few days. When I submitted it, it showed as "pending." Naturally, my review has not been "approved" or posted on the website, and no one has reached out to resolve the issue. This is a terrible way to conduct business.

WARNING: Poor Service!

WARNING: Poor Service! This group does not value returning customers. There seems to be no sense of priority! My order was prepared on December 18th, yet they chose to delay shipping until after Christmas, then shifted the blame to the postal service for their own issues. There is a lack of accountability! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Extremely disappointed with the order process.

I would give this less than one star if possible. I placed an order for pants for my son on December 13 and paid for expedited shipping, yet nothing has arrived. I regret not choosing a different platform. Has anyone else received their order?

Misleading shipping guarantee

The website promised delivery by Christmas. I ordered on December 6, and it was marked as shipped on the 12th. However, it was never actually sent out; they only created a label. I requested to cancel my order since they guaranteed Christmas delivery, but after four attempts, all I received was an automated response and a link to a questionable site offering a digital gift. I didn’t click on it as it was flagged as unsafe by my security software. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Awful Experience

Extremely disappointing! I placed a rush order that was promised to arrive by Christmas, but they are a scam. They created a shipping label on Dec 12th, and USPS still shows they are waiting for the package.

Late Delivery and No Refund

I placed my order two weeks before Christmas, but the items did not arrive on time, and the support team refused to refund the rush shipping fee I had paid. Extremely disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend them.

Misleading Rush Delivery

I ordered on Dec 1 for a Christmas gift and paid for rush delivery, which only expedited production. They didn’t start shipping until Dec 12, so I essentially paid extra for regular processing time. It's Dec 23, and my order is still in the warehouse. I spent $40 on socks that won’t arrive until next year. Look elsewhere.

Fraudulent Behavior

This is a scam. I ordered multiple items and received a shipping confirmation, but the tracking hasn’t updated since then. There’s no contact number or real person to assist me, and my emails have gone unanswered. I never received my package.
