I orderd a comprehensive colour test for my dog, it came in a box with no information of what i was to do with it. Nore did i know it had to be registerd on my online account.and so I swobed my dog with the help of a friend and returned it back on special delivery. Am aso dyslexic and need help from people...They now sent me an email a few days ago asking me to register the swob on the online account. when I don't have the information as the swob is now with them. It says response time is one working day and yet i have been emailing every day for 4 days now. I have tried to phone and email multiple times explaining everything on 2 different email address about what has happend without any response what so ever...also online account will not register without the registration number....very frustrating...poor service i would like a refund please
