I was with the service in 2025, but when my renewal price came, it was significantly higher. I then turned to comparison sites where the service appeared for 50% less than my renewal price. After chatting online, they confirmed there was nothing they could do, so I canceled my policy and repurchased the same one from another provider. It felt like a bit of a waste of time; I'm glad I'm with them, but I wonder why they advertise much lower prices for new customers instead of taking care of their loyal ones...
